In the classic game, a lot of grids end on a coin toss: two cells, one mine, and nothing to tell them apart. You lose without having made a mistake. Bandierina is a minesweeper where you never have to guess — it only deals grids that a logic solver finishes from the first move to the last.

The level names the technique

Single counts, the 1-1 and 1-2 patterns, overlapping sets, several numbers read together, and the mine count at the very end. The solver always tries the simplest first, and a grid’s level is the most advanced technique it actually had to use.

Size and level, chosen separately

9×9 and 16×16 on iPhone and iPad, and 30×16 on iPad, where there is room for it. Any level on any size. Your first tap goes on the marked starting cell, which is always a zero and always opens an area.

One daily challenge, the same for everyone

Worked out from the date on your device, with no server involved. The week climbs, from an easy 9×9 on Monday to a 16×16 at the top level on Sunday. Share your result as a short text: the date, the size, the level, your time and the hints you used.

A hint that teaches

It shows the next cell that can be deduced, highlights the numbers that prove it, and names the technique, with one sentence to explain it. If a flag you placed is wrong, the hint says that first.

A relaxed mode

A mine does not end the game: it stays visible, and you can undo. The times in your statistics only count wins without a mine.

Played by touch, and with VoiceOver

Tap to reveal, long-press to flag, or a toggle that swaps the two. Tap a number whose flags are all placed to open its other neighbours. VoiceOver reads every cell — row, column and neighbouring mines — and the numbers are always written out, with colour only doubling them.

Free, and what Pro adds

The same deal as Quadretto: the daily challenge and one free game every day, with every size, every level, the hints and the relaxed mode. Pro removes the daily limit, paid once and shared with your family. No ads, no account, no lives.

It asks for no permissions at all

Your games stay on the device and, if you leave iCloud on, in your own private iCloud, which we cannot open. There is no server of ours and no analytics. The privacy page says the rest.
