The Carico Log app icon: a barbell

Carico Log

The set you just did, logged from your wrist.

A lifting log that lives on the Apple Watch. Turn the Digital Crown to set the weight and the reps, tap once, and the rest timer starts. Your phone can stay in the bag.

Built for the wrist first
Not a phone app with a watch screen bolted on. The Watch app runs on its own: logging a set, the rest timer, the haptic tap when it runs out, and the history of what you lifted last time — all of it without the iPhone nearby.
And the same log on the iPhone
Not everyone has a Watch, and some sessions are easier on a big screen. The iPhone app does the same work, with steppers where the Watch has the crown.
One log, two devices
Exercises and sets sync through your own iCloud. Log on the Watch at the gym, look at it on the iPhone at home. You never have to carry both.
It talks to Health
Carico Log connects to Apple’s Health app, so a session is not stranded inside one more silo.
No server of ours
No account, no ads, no analytics. What you lift is between you and your iCloud, which we cannot reach.

English, French, Spanish, Italian and Japanese.

Carico Log is finished enough to use and is being tested in a real gym before it goes out. There is nothing to download yet — this page will carry the link when there is.
