Your calendar stays on your iPhone

Ritrovo reads every calendar on the iPhone — iCloud, Google, Exchange, Outlook — and greys out the times you are busy in the week view. Tap to place a time, drag to set how long it lasts, or let it suggest three to five free slots for the length, days and hours you want. Nothing from your calendar leaves the device.

Everyone can vote

The link opens on Android, iPhone, Windows, Mac or Linux, in thirteen languages. Yes, if need be, or no, with a comment, and a change of mind whenever you like. A circle where everyone has Ritrovo goes through iCloud only.

Invited, and you have Ritrovo? One tap says no where you are busy and yes elsewhere. You check, you send: only your choices go out.

A table of times and people, the best one on top, reminders for those who have not replied, and “Confirm this date”: the event goes into your calendar with the place and the note. Guests get the .ics file or a link to Google Calendar and Outlook.

Free: three open polls of twenty times each, calendars, reminders and thirty days of history — and voting is always free. Pro, by the month or the year and shared with your family, opens unlimited polls and times, recurring series (“the second Thursday of the month”), the availability grid, hidden polls, event themes and pictures, CSV and PDF export, and your whole history.

What the voting service keeps

Only the poll, the names typed and the votes, erased thirty days after the date. No account, no telemetry. The privacy page lists every connection.
