Content policy — Soglia
Last updated 14 October 2026
A Soglia page is published at soglia.nidello.ca and anyone can open it. Each page is the responsibility of the person who made it. This page says what a page may not carry, and what we do when one does.
What is not allowed
A Soglia page, its images and the sites it links to may not carry:
- anything illegal where you live or in Canada
- phishing, malware, scams, or links that lead to them
- impersonation: passing yourself off as another person, brand or organisation
- harassment, threats, or someone’s private information published without their consent
- hate: attacks on people for who they are
- any sexual content involving minors — reported to the authorities
- intimate images of someone shared without their consent
- spam: misleading pages, mass-produced pages, or links disguised as something else
- the illegal sale of regulated goods, such as weapons, drugs or medicines
- content that infringes the rights of others: copyright, trademarks, privacy
How links are checked
When you publish, every link is checked against public lists of dangerous domains (Phishing.Database, under the MIT licence), which our service downloads every day. No address is sent to anyone to check it. A page with a listed link is not published until the link is removed. No list is perfect: a link that passes is not a guarantee.
Reporting a page
Every Soglia page has a “Report this page” link at the bottom. Choose a reason, add details if you want, and send: nothing about you is kept with the report. You can also write to [email protected].
What Nidello does
We read every report. A page that breaks this policy can be disabled; in serious cases — danger to someone, illegal content, phishing or malware — we disable it right away and without notice. A disabled page no longer opens.
Questions and appeals
If you think your page was disabled by mistake, or you have a question about this policy, write to [email protected] with the page’s name. We answer every message.
Changes to this page
If this policy changes, the date at the top says when. The way your data is handled is on Soglia’s privacy page.
