Terms of use — AI connectors
Last updated 6 October 2026
Some Nidello apps offer a connector for AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT (an MCP server): bivio.nidello.ca/mcp for Bivio and carico.nidello.ca/mcp for Carico Log. These terms cover those connectors. The apps themselves are covered by Apple’s standard licence agreement.
What the connector does
It gives your AI the app’s import format, checks what the AI wrote, and returns a link that opens the result in the app. It needs no account. Using it means you accept these terms.
Free, and as is
The connector is free. It is provided as is, without warranty of any kind: it may be unavailable, change, or stop. Import links expire after 7 days.
Check what your AI writes
The plans and programs come from your AI, not from us. Places, dates, prices, opening hours, bookings and training loads can be wrong or out of date. The app shows everything before it is added; check it, and confirm anything important with its source.
Fair use
Use the connector for your own plans. Do not use it to store or share unlawful content, to overload or probe the service, or to get around its limits. We may block uses that harm the service or other people.
Your data
What the connector receives and keeps is described in each app’s privacy policy (Bivio, Carico Log). In short: what you import is encrypted with a key that exists only in the link, we cannot read it, and it is deleted after 7 days.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Nidello is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the connector, including a missed booking or a decision made from an AI-generated plan.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above says when. They are governed by the laws of Québec and of Canada.
